The above rates apply during regular business hours (8am to 5pm Mon-Fri), and are billed portal to portal. Evening, holiday and weekend rates apply during non-regular business hours, and are billed a 1.5 times the regular rates. Expenses, including subcontracting and laboratory fees, are billed at cost plus thirty (30) percent.
