Asbestos Contamination Management
Asbestos related contamination is one of the chief health,
safety and liability concerns that must be addressed by building owners
(or buyers).
AEG offers complete asbestos management services including AHERA certified surveys and abatement design.
Asbestos Maintenance Programs
For owners who wish to manage asbestos in place, we provide asbestos maintenance programs. First, following AHERA guidelines, our inspectors locate and identify asbestos containing material (ACM) in the building. We then help clients choose the most practical and cost effective method for removing or managing the ACM's.Abatement Project Design, budgeting, and Contractor Selection
For situations where abatement is necessary to eliminate health risks or make ready for construction / demolition, AEG assists in project design, budgeting and contractor selection.
During
the work AEG oversees the project, monitors air quality, ensures that
health and safety requirements are met, and manages product disposal.
Complete Asbestos Maintenance Programs
For clients wishing to manage asbestos in place, AEG provides a complete maintenance program. This includes Level I Asbestos Awareness classes for employees so they are able to perform their duties in a safe, informed manner, a detailed report outlining all activities, and all required documentation for continued compliance with AHERA, DOE, EPA, L & I, and local air pollution control authorities.
